Simple human products are great
Pricey !!
Ive purchased two rechargeable soap dispensers and theyve been great until one of them has stopped working abruptly. As expensive as they are, I am hoping to receive a free replacement but am unable to speak to someone on line.
The number associated with customer service redirects to website or text message No live person to speak with. Very disappointing
Horrible company to deal with. No live person to talk to unless you pay them 46.00 per month. My mirror broke and they won’t help
No help at all. They wouldnt even talk to me without paying them first on a product that is theirs I tried calling and sending emails and texts but with no help

I made an order of three items: 1-60 Liter semi-round step on trash can;
120 Code P custom fit liners; and 8 Odorsorb Pod Refills. Order receipt only reflect the trash can and not the two other items,
Customer cannot reach a human to dispute an order that was placed, and the prompts keep giving you an error message.

The mirror will not stay in an upright position. It just keeps sliding down. I bought it for my wife at Costco.

The customers always right
They didnt finish answering my questions. They told me they couldnt help me.
The part was not available and cut me off. I still had questions.!I wanted to know where the serial number is supposed to be located and they never replied .thus making it impossible to get a replacement .normally companies that such a large profit margin are a little more willing to work with people stand behind their product and keep a customer.

Verified ReviewerRegarding Rose color Step Can under 10 year warranty. The coloring is flaking and discoloring.
I have had no interaction with Customer Service. I am sending photos and a copy of the receipt as proof of the discoloring and flaking Step Can that is under a 10 year warranty.

Garbage Can
The finish is coming off on my trash can. Serial#A9061****.The only thing I ever cleaned it with is vinegar and water. 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water.
Mirror loose
My magnetic mirror shattered i was chatti g with someone and they told me to answer fully refundable but immediately i was transferred to paypal cant seem to just get some resolution been dealing with this or trying to for over a half hour really frustrating please helph

Did not receive my product
I made several attempts via messages sent to the company to no avail. I paid for a kitchen rack and I haven"t receive my order. Customer service is horrible!!

This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced they give you a phone number and it refers you back to texting no one answers
Beyond frustrating i have a simple question and can't get past the first step been doing this for over a half hour and still nowhere

I need someone to help me.my garbage can is supposed to open by command and it does not work. Its an expensive product and shouldnt break down so easy. Been trying to reach your customer service but it seems impossible.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was eventually able to get ahold of a representative via chat who handled the situation
I've been trying to get in touch with Simplehuman for 3 days, without success. My trio mirror hasn't worked properly for the last several months and now it doesn't charge.
It's still fully under warranty so I'm beyond frustrated.
Their customer service number is merely a recording advising customers to email, text, or chat yet no one responds if you email or text and if you chat, you get a bot. So disappointing!

They will not send me a new mirror for the broken mirror
No one will call you they will not let you return anything unless you return it in a box I had to make a video to show them that the mirror was broken. Are you kidding me who does that it was broken they need to send a new one never ever buy from this
