I left a message on the customer service for two weeks and wrote in the chat window, but no one gave me a cool answer and only had a conversation with the robot that a return email would come. Why is customer service so messed up while selling such a good product?
Whats going on in your company? I bought three. Two work well, but one sensor pump only makes sound and doesn't work.
It's really stressful. The company here has a big problem.

Easy process to return product. Appreciate return label sent by email. Customer service representative was easy to talk to.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I tried to resolve an issue with my credit card on file for an ongoing subscription for additional trash bags but couldn't locate payment options to determine what the problem was. The chat functionality was completely unhelpful, and no ability to speak to a human to resolve the issue. I will never buy another SimpleHuman product again.

I cannot speak to a person. They want you to pay for a 'maybe' solution to a defective product.
Then they make you join a 45 membership fee before you can even speak with anyone.
This is NOT CUSTOMER CARE. These products cost too much money to be treated like this.

I received a response in chat boot yesterday (07/02/2024), they are resending only one product from the order. Unfortunately, they didn't analyze my order correctly and saw that there were two products.
Now I'm trying to contact them again to receive a resend of the other product. I don't know how long it will take to put an end to this terrible customer service.
Tried to contact them and they passed the responsibility to Simplehuman .
I am trying to make contact with Simplehuman since January, 29, but I did not receive any answer in any canal (email, chat, message or call). I am really upset because it was an expensive order.

I purchased a soap dispenser at the height of Covid for health reasons. The product stopped charging.
I contacted Simplehuman and was told it was out of warranty. While it is out of warranty, what product stops working when it is plugged into a wall?
Clearly, their products are inferior. I would certainly expect a soap dispenser that costs $70 to work!

I paid for the bin and waited over a month but havent received anything yet and after follow up with them they said they have sent it to me and the date they said was on Sunday which post did not deliver anything on that day and there is a security camera installed in front of the house which doesnt show anything has been delivered on that time or day. And they dont refund my money back too.
They dont care about the customer service and customer satisfaction at all. They are scammers

Failed product, unsupported.
I ordered a soap dispenser, which a bit over a year has failed. It simply refuses to take a charge.
It is, in short, an expensive piece of crap.
When I reached out to customer service, they basically blew me off, asking me to send in a video of the product and a photograph of the serial number, which I did.
They then said in effect, Tough luck. They then had the gall to offer me 20% off and more of their crap.
Do not buy: crap products, crap service.

I'm trying to buy a product on simplehuman. Signed up for the newsletter and text updates in order to get 15% discount.
I was supposed to get a text to confirm. Never received it. Tried chat, said it would be 3 minute wait, gave up after an hour.
Tried calling. The recording said they discontinued phone support to "serve our customers faster." Going to buy something else from AMAZON.

Verified ReviewerI have a warranty issue and the phones are not being answered no matter what I push.
I went online to try to place the warranty issue and what the site says is not working, the serial number that is supposed to be on the dish rack I bought at Williams Sanoma is not there. Ive dealt with Simplehuman before COVID and they were great, today I cant get a human.
I submitted my information to their email address and it went as a text with their email address. Ive sent multiple text to the number they tell you for faster service and I havent heard anything in 2 days.

utterly ridiculous. ZERO humans, no answer to text, to emails, and no phone number.
shame I loved the trash can and auto soap dispenser but just can't get a HUMAN to answer a simple question.
here's an idea. pay someone to answer the d phone.
