Verified ReviewerI purchased 2 of the soap dispensers from a “big box” store. One stopped working just after the warranty ran out. I moved the second dispenser into place and it stopped working soon after.
Then it stopped working. After extreme difficulty contacting the company, I was told they could not replace the items since the warranty was out of date.
I complained and was told to return the broken dispensers for a new set at a discounted price. Now after half of the warranty period, they have both stopped working. I am not about to go through that process again and never want to have one of these dispensers in my home. This is simply to warn anyone contemplating a purchase of these dispensers, beware.
They seem set to fail and of course, just as the warranty expires. Buyer beware.
I do not have a proof of purchase other than what the big box store has with my account.

Ordered 3 items. Two items shipped separately from each other.
The main item was not shipped. I had to email to inquire about delivery. You can't get hold of anyone by phone. I was on hold for 20 minutes, then 30 minutes.
Customer service is terrible! Plus, I emailed the representative and she cancelled my product that I still wanted. Now, I'm trying to correct this and can't get hold of anyone. I have many Simplehuman products.
The mirrors are horrible, they last only for a while and there's no way to get new batteries, and they aren't cheap in price.
Considering the price, I guess I'll be taking my business to another company who cares about their customer base. Buyer, beware!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I left a message on the customer service for two weeks and wrote in the chat window, but no one gave me a cool answer and only had a conversation with the robot that a return email would come. Why is customer service so messed up while selling such a good product?
Whats going on in your company? I bought three. Two work well, but one sensor pump only makes sound and doesn't work.
It's really stressful. The company here has a big problem.

Tried to get warranty info for simplehuman mirror thats not working. Couldnt access thru website or customer service.
This mirror is only 1 yr old. Why give a 5 yr warranty, if customer cant reach the company.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I tried to resolve an issue with my credit card on file for an ongoing subscription for additional trash bags but couldn't locate payment options to determine what the problem was. The chat functionality was completely unhelpful, and no ability to speak to a human to resolve the issue. I will never buy another SimpleHuman product again.

I received a response in chat boot yesterday (07/02/2024), they are resending only one product from the order. Unfortunately, they didn't analyze my order correctly and saw that there were two products.
Now I'm trying to contact them again to receive a resend of the other product. I don't know how long it will take to put an end to this terrible customer service.
Tried to contact them and they passed the responsibility to Simplehuman .
I am trying to make contact with Simplehuman since January, 29, but I did not receive any answer in any canal (email, chat, message or call). I am really upset because it was an expensive order.

I cannot speak to a person. They want you to pay for a 'maybe' solution to a defective product.
Then they make you join a 45 membership fee before you can even speak with anyone.
This is NOT CUSTOMER CARE. These products cost too much money to be treated like this.
